Painful ..... How can an app be sooooo bad ?!?! Doesn't synch with the website it constantly opens. Despite uploading everything, confirming etc you still have to call up. They then have different details to what I'm seeing in the app and website ....... The "tracking" doesn't work or update and the links in emails to upload documents doesn't work Does anyone actually test these apps? Nobody in their right mind would release this pile of absolute garbage - spoils the whole experience

I feel I have wasted half my life with this useless app. Why can't you just upload existing photos?? Having been forced to take my car out again to take fresh photos through the app, it keeps on getting stuck telling me to tilt my phone for landscape. My phone was already tilted without any issues but it kept on insisting I tilt the phone and wouldn't let me take any photos. This app has so many bugs.

I'm not surprised the app is so low-rated. It takes you round in circles, won't load the photo-taking section, insists it wants to put the app on other devices, the screen doesn't resolve. The valuation at the first stages was ludicrously high. This needs rethinking & rewriting before it's use able. Then the company needs to consider its integrity - it's clear they won't offer anything like the valuation sum.
